What is Google Admob?

Google Admob is an ad network platform for mobile ads by which you can monetize your android & ios application. Google Admob makes earn revenue easy with in-app ads, i.e. easy-to-use monetization platform to grow you app business.


REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR ADMOB


Visit google. com/admob

Sign up with a valid Gmail account. This have to be relevant with the identity you are willing to use. This imples that, if you're Emir North, both your Gmail and ID must taly

Choose your country with respective time zone. Choose your currency, but it's most adviced to go with US dollar as mode of payment.

In the next phase, mark all field, ‘yes’ in the next page. Then click next/done.

Go to the left hand side, click my app. The click on create new app. You will be asked if your app has been uploaded on playstore. Click NO

Enter app information (name of the app) (give it any name of your choice that you will not forget) and click on Android

Click on create ad unit. You will find three (3) ad unit (banner, interstitial and reward)

Click on banner and input ad unit name (name it banner1) after that click create ad unit

After creating banner ad unit,

Create another ad unit and this time, click on interstitial follow the same procedure used in creating your banner. Create one interstitial and name it as interstitial 

NOTE: Create one Banner Ad Unit, same to Interstitial. This is applicable is you're planning on using it for a personal app / use Then click done.


On the new display, you can copy out the codes one by one, by clicking on the square box in front of each ad units. You can decide to save those Banner and Interstitial for future use.

Don't create anything for reward except it's required for what you need it for. Only banner1 and Interstitial1. That's all Click on Done.


Lastly, on the left hand side, Click menu icon then click payment and fill out your name, current address. You can ignore suburb and address line 2


Ensure your address is very correct especially the postal code because Google will later send you a verification pin physically to your post office, for you to use to verify your account


Address should be of this format;


Number (figure), Street Namet, City Name, State Name.


This address should be a relevant address as well.


Click save. That's all.


Your Banner and Interstitial should be of the format below;


Banner1:ca-app-pub-3738571822916712/4402602410


Interr1:ca-app-pub-3738571822916712/9742968122


The above code will be used in hosting your admob app


Wait for 24 hours, your account should be approved and accessible via your mail.
